FlawlessPOS provides a complete retail and wholesale solution specifically catered to the needs of the jewelry industry. We are a saas solution that includes POS, Inventory Management, CRM, Communication, Retail Ecommerce, Wholesale and more.
We are offering the ability to get in on the ground floor of a fast growing company as a Principal Software Engineer to join our team! As a member of the engineering team you will develop new features, maintain existing code and assist in architecture and design.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities includes but are not limited to:
Design and architecture of features for mobile and desktop experiences
Implementation of bug fixes and features
Help raise the technical bar, maintain a data and results driven culture, and nurture a high-performance team to build world-class experiences for end-users.
You will be expected to be a self starter and a fast learner.
Experience:
At least 5 years of web development experience
Very strong understanding and experience in JavaScript and JS frameworks such as JQuery, Angular, KnockoutJS
Very strong in web responsive design, specifically CSS/LESS
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Strong attention to detail

Sustaining Engineer Edwards, CO
Comprehensive knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to improve our web client, a complex in-browser application relied upon by jewelry professionals every day. You will work with real-time data streams, engineer for performance across browsers, and delight people by making the best software we can imagine. You will collaborate closely with Product, Design, Application Engineering, and QA to spec, build, test and deploy new features. This position reports directly to the Director of Front-end Engineering.
Business Development Lead Remotely
Use your extensive knowledge of the jewelry industry and rolodex to help customers get more out of their non renewable resource time. No software degree required! Just the ability to see the difference between difficult and easy and communicate effectively.
