Short answer: Flawless POS does more. It includes all 30 features we compare; Shopify's website lists 14 (and 15 more in part). Flawless adds memo out to customers. It also builds in repair and custom job tracking, appraisals signed by phone and memo and consignment, which Shopify's website lists only in part. A customer takes a piece home on approval: it is reserved, has a return date, and no payment is taken.
